Insert system
Description
This function inserts a system into a parent (host) system. The position of the inserted system is determined by selecting a reference point on the inserted system and placing it at a specific insertion point within the parent system’s cell. No automatic checks are performed to ensure proximity to other atoms, so it is the user’s responsibility to place the system correctly. Additionally, periodic boundary conditions (PBCs) are not applied, meaning the inserted system can be placed outside the cell.
